As COVID continues to impact you and we move into the holidays, we are here to help address your child support case. If you have had a change in your income, the percent of time for custody or visitation has changed or you have lost your job, we can help you change your child support order.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER?
It may be if there has been a change in circumstances. While child support orders are meant to provide consistency in the support of children, there may be times when an adjustment to the support amount is appropriate. The California Family Code requires that courts order child support based upon the Guideline formula.
Beginning Nov. 9, 2020, child support and civil matters will be relocated (civil harassment, elder abuse and name changes) in Victorville. We will relocate to Dep. B5 at the Barstow Courthouse.
