NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER?
It may be if there has been a change in circumstances. While child support orders are meant to provide consistency in the support of children, there may be times when an adjustment to the support amount is appropriate. The California Family Code requires that courts order child support based upon the Guideline formula.
Beginning Nov. 9, 2020, child support and civil matters will be relocated (civil harassment, elder abuse and name changes) in Victorville. We will relocate to Dep. B5 at the Barstow Courthouse.
Immediately after the tragic Dec. 2, 2015, terrorist attack in San Bernardino people felt grief and anger. Residents declared that the tragedy wouldn’t define the city “San Bernardino Strong.”
Find a safe way to celebrate. The CDC is cautioning against most in-person gatherings in areas with high COVID-19 cases, but that doesn’t mean holidays are off the table entirely.
