One of the functions of Community Action Agencies is to advocate for the poor and the low-income.  Community Action of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) act as an advocate for the poor San Bernardino County  by making their needs and aspirations known to policy makers, and to mobilize both public and private resources on their behalf.

The CAPSBC Board of Directors adopted the CAPSBC Policy Statement and partner with various Advocacy Groups.
